Nancy McCartney, Founder and CEO of HR Bridging, brings more than 20 years of human resources and leadership experience, proudly leading and guiding the talented and highly experienced HR Bridging team. Nancy has led the growth and expansion of HR Bridging’s diverse clientele across the US including professional services businesses, non-profit organizations, government entities and other for-profit businesses. Industry experience expands beyond financial services firms, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, manufacturing, environmental and much more.
Combined multi-industry with multi-state experience, Nancy has successfully led and supported client strategies through business initiatives and implementation. HR Bridging’s expertise is building HR competencies through organizational development, designing, and implementing strategies while providing workplace solutions for growing and expanding businesses. HR services are designed to fit a client’s culture, whether enhancing an HR program or designing an effective HR infrastructure, services include executive level strategies through implementation of programs.
